Mr. Prakash Ayer is responsible for P&L across Retail and Consumer Goods business in the region for Cognizant.
The role covers,
1) Defining and executing overall Go To Market strategy including identifying key target accounts and aligned offerings
2) Forming mutually beneficial win-win relationships with our customers
3) Delivering revenue and margin growth targets
4) Coaching high performing account management teams to deliver excellence to our clients
5) People management for Retail and Consumer Goods business
6) Creating joint value propositions per accounts with our partners (SAP, AWS, Microsoft, Adobe, Google, Oracle, Store DNA among others)
7) End to end deal management for strategic deals
